Cancellation Policy
We look forward to making room for your ideas. Each Friday session welcomes up to 20 people at N$500 per seat, online from 11:30 to 13:00 Namibia time. Please complete your RSVP, payment and proof of payment by Wednesday at 17:00 Namibia time for the Friday you wish to attend. This deadline applies every week. We use Thursday to prepare thoughtfully for everyone joining us. Once bookings close, we cannot accept late RSVPs or payments, including missed deadlines. You are warmly welcome to book a subsequent Friday. Pay by EFT to Metaxis or wallet using payment instructions supplied by our team. Use reference CG-YYYYMMDD-SURNAME, with your Friday session date, and include your full name and booking email with your proof of payment. Your place is secured after Metaxis verifies payment; an RSVP alone does not confirm payment. Please arrive online five minutes early with an idea, question or work in progress. Treat fellow participants and their ideas with care; seek permission before recording or sharing another person’s work.
