An idea needs somewhere to live.
An invitation to think with us.
An idea can be clear to its author and still be difficult for someone else to act on. Who is it for? What changes? What would have to exist for it to work? A useful brief makes those questions visible.
Idea → Structure → Reality → Learning
Structure gives the idea a home: an organisation, a programme, a product or a collaboration. It connects roles, resources, decisions and responsibility. Reality is the continuing work of testing, making, learning and maintaining what has been created. The movement is iterative; a practical constraint may give rise to the better idea.
